An audit executed by a neutral organization grants an external and objective vision over your company. The law requires review all companies irrespective of their legal form
Companies with less than 10 employees may renounce to submit their accounts to a limited audit (review), as long as they are not subject to ordinary audit and that they have obtained the agreement of all shareholders.
Actually, companies having not reached for 2 consecutive years, the following thresholds, are subject to limited audit :
- - Balance sheet total : 10 million francs
- - Turnover : 20 million francs
- - Employees : 50 full-time annual average
In the near future (2012 ?), the thresholds will be amended as follows :
- - Balance sheet total : 20 million francs
- - Turnover : 40 million francs
- - Staff : 250 full-time annual average
