Fidexaudit and Fidexaudit Révision have been approved as expert-auditor by the Autorité Fédérale de Surveillance de révision (ASR), the federal authority in charge of audit monitoring.

An audit performed by a neutral body gives an external and objective picture of your company. The law requires that all capital companies, whatever their legal form to implement auditing procedures.

Companies with less than 10 employees may desist from submitting their financial statements to a limited audit provided they are not subject to ordinary auditing and have obtained the consent of all the shareholders.
